(1)Product Description
MH Porous Ceramic Balls is also called filteringballs. It is made by make 20~30% pores insidethe inert ceramic balls. Therefore it canbe used not only for supporting and coveringthe catalyst, but also for filtering andeliminating the impurities of grain, gelatin,asphaltine, heavy metals and iron ions ofless than 25m. If the porous ball is seton the top of a reactor, the impuritiesfail to be eliminated in former processcould be adsorbed in the pores inside theballs, thereupon protect the catalyst andprolong the operating cycle of the system.As the impurities present in the materialsare different, the user can select the productby their sizes, pores and porosity, or ifnecessary, add molybdenum, nickel and cobaltor other active components to prevent thecatalyst from coking or poisoning.

(3) MH porous ceramic balls are divided into12 grades by reference to Al2O3 content variedfrom 25% to 80%, and every more 5% constitutesa grade, but 12 sizes by reference to thediameter, such as 3,6,8,10,13,16,20,25,30,38,50and 75. The products in other grade and sizescan be designed and manufactured if to theuser's request.

Refractory ceramic balls are made from industrialalumina and other raw refractory materials,and processed by mixing, shaping and firing.it has properties of
1.High strength and long working life,electricalinsulation;
2.High chemical stability,and never reactwith the feeding materials;
3.Excellent resistance to high temperatureup to 1900℃.
Refractory ceramic balls can be used as supportand covering packings for catalyst in shiftconverter,reformer, hydro converter, desulfurizer,and methanator, and can also be used as packingsin hot blast heater and heat transformer iniron and steel industries.
